Homes will feature 2,748 SQFT of living space on three floors, plus a two-car garage, 3,231 SQFT total. Three- or four-bedrooms designs. Private hot tub. Indoor and outdoor dining areas. Homes will reportedly be released for sale in phases. Pricing and timing has not yet been announced.
